COVID 19 UPDATE & CLINIC GUIDELINES

Dear clients of Fourth Line Animal Hospital,

As most restrictions have been lifted, our highest priority still remains the safety of our staff and clients! With the clinic layout and small lobby size being our main factor, as of March 7 2022, the following protocols have been put in place:


1. Clinic Client Capacity
- We are able to accommodate two appointments at a time as we have two exam rooms.
- Each appointment is restricted to ONE person PER PATIENT (please know for more urgent appointments, accommodations will be made).

- If you are picking up food or medication, you are more than welcome to come in, as long as there is only ONE other person in the lobby

2. In order to regulate the spacing of our clients, please call the hospital when you have arrived and a staff member will be more than happy to give you further instructions.

3. Lastly, masks MUST be worn at all times when in the clinic or when interacting with any staff member.

The staff at Fourth Line Animal Hospital truly appreciate and thank you for your continued cooperation, support and understanding!
We are hoping that this is a step forward towards getting back to our “normal” again!

Monday - Friday : 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm

**Please note that our staff at Fourth Line Animal Hospital work very hard every day to provide the best care possible to your pets, and must be treated respectfully at all times!
